Driver rewardsIn build

A leaderboard that pays for the best routes and the best stops.

Every telematics board scores the dashcam. This one scores the fuel bill. Argus ranks drivers on the route they ran, the stops they hit and the parking they planned. You attach the reward. Drivers compete for it, and the fleet keeps the difference.

Rank, savings behind the rank, and the reward on top. In the fleet portal.

What gets scored

Decisions that show up on the bill.

The route they ran

Did the driver take the priced route, or one close to it, when the fleet gave them the choice? The receipt from every trip is the score.

The stops they hit

Fuel bought at the stop the Agent priced, on the fleet's network, with the fill timed against the tank instead of topped off at the first exit.

The parking they planned

Breaks and the overnight taken where the Agent placed them, inside the hours, instead of a 56 minute hunt at the end of the clock.

The savings per trip already exist in the app today. The board ranks drivers on them. Pair it with the priced routes on every route priced and the driver sees the score before they pick the route.

Why it keeps drivers

Drivers don't quit fleets that pay them for driving well.

A board that only catches mistakes reads as surveillance. A board that pays for the cheapest legal run reads as a raise. The fleet sets the guardrails, the driver picks inside the box, and the board shows who picked best.

Questions fleets ask

What does the leaderboard score?+

The route the driver ran against the route that was priced, the fuel stops they hit, and the parking they planned inside their hours. It scores what saves the fleet money, not only hard braking and phone use.

Who sets the rewards?+

The fleet. Argus ranks the drivers and shows the savings behind each rank. The fleet attaches whatever it wants to the top of the board: a bonus, a fuel card credit, first pick of loads, a parking reservation on the house.

Is this live?+

In build. The savings per trip already exist in the app, and the leaderboard ranks drivers on them in the fleet portal as it ships. This page carries the In build label until then.

How is this different from safety scorecards?+

Safety scorecards grade behavior the camera can see. The Argus board grades decisions that show up on the fuel bill and the toll bill. Fleets can run both. Argus is the one that pays for itself.

Can drivers see each other?+

The fleet chooses. Drivers can see their own rank and savings, or the whole board. Most fleets we talk to want the board visible, because drivers compete on it.
